How it runs your project

Twelve stages, pre-construction through to handover.

Pre-Commencement — F10 notification, Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plan and appointments, set up correctly before work starts.
Site Mobilisation and Setup — digital inductions, contractor onboarding and site set-up. Everyone cleared before boots on the ground.
Construction Phase, daily and weekly — RAMS register, daily and weekly site checks, sign in and out, briefings. Actions tracked to close-out.
Construction Phase, event-driven — health and safety issues logged and tracked against contractors and their operatives as the job runs.
Permit Controls — permits to work issued and controlled, each linked to its approved RAMS. Nothing high-risk begins without sign-off.
High-Risk Works — temporary works and other high-risk activities planned, checked and controlled with a full audit record.
Occupational Health — monitoring and worker wellbeing recorded, reviewed and kept up to date.
Environmental Management — controls, consents and monitoring logged to keep the site compliant.
Competence and Training — contractor competency and training verified, with automatic flags when a card or certificate expires.
Site Assurance — asset management including PAT testing and fire-extinguisher control, plus weekly site and contractor KPIs.
Emergency and Resilience — live roll call with evacuation alerts to every enrolled phone, a printed muster sheet if the network drops, and every drill or real evacuation logged as evidence.
Project Handover and Closeout — the Health and Safety File compiled throughout and handed over complete the day you finish.

AI-assisted RAMS and plan review

Contractors submit their RAMS and high-risk plans through a secure link. An AI first pass checks each against a 27-point CDM 2015 rubric, flags the gaps and drafts your review.

A competent person always makes the approval — with a Review Certificate issued on every one.
