The project is a checklist of CDM duties in twelve phases, from Pre-Commencement to handover. Must items block sign-off, and a Company Admin's recorded approval opens the next stage.
Contractors approved before they start
Contractors complete the competency assessment through a link. Only an approved contractor can be named on a permit, a RAMS request or an induction.
Records that build themselves
The site diary starts each day from the sign-ins and permits and seals at day end. The weekly KPI review is compiled from your own registers every Monday.

Clarity PC is laid out as the twelve stages a Principal Contractor already works through, from Pre-Commencement to Project Handover and Closeout. Must items block a phase from being signed off, and a Company Admin's approval, recorded with their name and the time, opens the next stage.
Approving a contractor is the gate for everything else: only an approved contractor can be named on a permit, a RAMS request or an induction. The optional AI first pass on RAMS is a drafting aid; a competent person always makes the recorded decision.

What is Clarity PC?

How does it follow CDM 2015?
The project is a checklist of CDM duties in twelve phases, from Pre-Commencement to Project Handover and Closeout. Each item carries a status, evidence and a responsible person, and Must items block sign-off.
Does the AI approve RAMS?
No. Where a company has the optional AI pre-review, it drafts checklist answers, comments and red flags against a 27-point CDM 2015 rubric. It never approves anything; a competent person makes the recorded decision.
How do contractors send their RAMS?
Through a secure link, as a PDF or Word file. You review it against a checklist, any point marked No goes back for a revision, and each operative signs on to the method with a drawn signature.
Does it work where there is no signal?
Largely, yes. The site checks phone app records checks with no signal and uploads them later, live permits open and print from the laptop that had them open, and the roll call keeps working at the muster point.
Will it warn me before a card expires?
Yes. Photograph a competency card and the expiry date is read off it and offered for you to confirm. Every Monday, site managers are emailed what has expired or is close.
Can clients and Principal Designers see progress?
Yes, read-only. The Viewer access level lets an external person see progress and documents but change nothing, and the weekly KPI review can be emailed to the client or the Principal Designer.
